Waxing can be uncomfortable, but our experienced technicians use quick, precise techniques and calming products. To minimize discomfort, avoid alcohol or caffeine beforehand, breathe deeply during service, and consider a topical numbing cream if you’re particularly sensitive.
Ideally hair should be a quarter to half an inch long (about two to four weeks growth) so the wax can grip properly. If hair is longer we’ll trim it; don’t shave before your appointment.
Most clients enjoy smooth results for three to six weeks, depending on individual hair growth and maintenance. Regular waxing can lengthen intervals between appointments, while proper exfoliation and care helps prevent ingrown hairs and extend smoothness.
