Typically 6–8 weeks, depending on hair growth, skin type, and aftercare. Oily skin or frequent exfoliation can shorten duration. We recommend touch-ups every 6–8 weeks to maintain shape and fullness, and following our aftercare keeps results looking fresh longer.
Yes, but we perform a patch test before treatment for clients with sensitive or reactive skin. During the consultation we review medical history and adjust products or timing. If you have recent chemical procedures or skin conditions, we may advise alternative options.
Yes — lamination pairs beautifully with tinting and threading for a finished look. We often perform tinting after lamination to accentuate the lifted hairs, and threading either before or after depending on client preference and brow condition. Ask your technician for a tailored plan.
Aftercare includes keeping brows dry for 24 hours, avoiding steam, saunas, heavy exercise, and swimming. Refrain from touching or applying makeup immediately. Use the recommended nourishing serum to maintain shine and shape, and gently brush brows daily to keep hairs aligned.
When performed by trained technicians using quality products and proper timing, lamination should not cause long-term damage. Overprocessing or too-frequent treatments can dry or weaken hairs. We recommend patch tests, conditioning serums, and spacing appointments every six to eight weeks to protect hair health.
Wait at least 24 hours before applying makeup or oil-based products near the treated area to allow the lifting solution to set. After 24 hours, use gentle, non-irritating products and avoid aggressive rubbing or waterproof removers which can shorten the lamination's lifespan.
